Salary: Competitive (based on experience) About the Role: Platinum Peak Estates and Properties Ltd is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources across our growing property and estate operations. The role involves managing recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, staff development, and employee relations for office, field, and maintenance teams. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's culture, supporting growth, and ensuring full compliance with UK employment and housing regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR operations -- recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal standards. Manage hiring for key roles: property managers, maintenance teams, and office staff. Maintain employee records and ensure GDPR compliance. Handle disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures. Coordinate payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management. Conduct performance appraisals and recommend training/development plans. Support directors with workforce planning and organisational development. Promote a positive, transparent, and professional work culture. Ensure compliance with UK Employment Law, Health & Safety, and Right to Work checks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within property, facilities, or service industries. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience with HR software (HRIS/ERP systems). Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Desirable: CIPD Level 5 or higher (or working towards it). Experience in multi-site workforce management (property or construction preferred). Understanding of GDPR and contractor vetting requirements.
