Your responsibilities:

Advising management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Overseeing recruitment, training, and employee development.

Managing performance evaluations, compensation, and contract changes.

Handling attendance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and terminations.

Leading and developing a dedicated HR team to support business goals.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with:

A minimum of four years' experience as an HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, or HR Business Partner in a similar environment.

Hospitality industry experience (preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

A highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and approach depending on the audience.

A logical and detail-oriented mindset with strong numerical skills.

The ability to work independently and handle complex HR issues with senior management.

A CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or a relevant postgraduate degree (MA/MSc in HR Management).
