As we prepare for several exciting new openings, we are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to support our growth and strengthen our internal culture.
About the Role
The HR Manager will work closely with our leadership team and newly appointed operations manager to support both existing staff and the onboarding of new teams for upcoming locations. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires someone who thrives in a growing, multi-site environment and understands the unique pace and challenges of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations across 5 existing venues
Collaborate with operations and leadership on new restaurant launches
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires
Implement and update HR policies and compliance procedures
Support employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies
Maintain HR records, contracts, and payroll coordination
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Ideal Candidate
experienced in F&B HR
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-driven attitude
Comfortable collaborating with new leadership and existing teams
Familiarity with UK employment law and HR systems
CIPD qualification (preferred but not required)
