A leading multinational company is seeking to hire a
Human Resources Manager
with solid professional experience to support its operations in the UK. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage HR functions, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance on HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
Ensure legal compliance with labour, immigration, and data protection laws (GDPR).
Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes for local hires.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of
5 years' HR experience
in the UK.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
CIPD certification
is required.
Strong knowledge of
UK employment law
,
immigration regulations
, and
GDPR
as they relate to HR.
Fluent in both English and Chinese
(spoken and written).
Candidates with a valid UK work permit or right to work in the UK will be
given priority
