Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and oversee various HR functions for our restaurant in Kings Road Chelsea and in the future with our group worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in HRIS and ATS systems, along with excellent communication and data analysis skills. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws while supporting the organisation's strategic goals.

Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process, including overseeing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain and manage human resources information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes regarding workforce planning and employee engagement. Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance employee development and organisational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, addressing any employee relations issues as they arise. Collaborate with management to develop policies that promote a positive work environment.

Skills

Proficient in HRIS platforms such as Opsyte and Nort Strong management skills with prior supervising experience in an HR setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends. Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions and reports to stakeholders. Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices and employment legislation.
