We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, implement HRIS and ATS systems, and provide data-driven insights to support organisational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation.
Manage the recruitment process, including overseeing ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance, retention rates, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.
Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance employee skills and knowledge across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
Previous supervising experience is essential, demonstrating leadership capabilities within an HR context.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
