About the Role

Diama Security Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Human Resources Manager

to lead and direct our HR strategy, operations, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed, supported, and developed to achieve organisational objectives, while maintaining compliance with UK employment and immigration legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Prepare job descriptions, manage recruitment campaigns, and conduct interviews. Monitor employee performance and identify professional development opportunities. Lead and manage industrial relations negotiations with employee representatives or unions. Administer HR policies related to salaries, promotions, health and safety, and employee welfare. Analyse organisational structures and recommend improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with current employment and immigration laws. Support senior leadership with workforce planning and organisational change. Act as a key HR advisor to management and staff. Represent the organisation in professional HR forums and external events.

Skills and Competencies

In-depth understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven experience developing HR strategies aligned with company goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organisational levels.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level. Working towards or holding a

Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD or equivalent)

. GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
