We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our organisation's HR functions. The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HRIS systems. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping company policies and supporting organisational growth.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Manage recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding programmes and employee development initiatives.
Supervise HR team members and coordinate HR activities across departments.
Maintain and optimise HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Analyse HR data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Conduct presentations on HR policies, organisational changes, and training sessions.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and other employee welfare programmes.
Qualifications
Proven management experience within human resources, including supervising teams.
Extensive knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS systems is essential.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability in managing organisational change and developing HR strategies.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are preferred.
Experience with management of employee relations and conflict resolution is desirable.
