Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new human resources policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, hiring and employee relations
- Oversee the hiring process from start to finish.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in development of job descriptions, performance plans, job descriptions for training programs, performance plans for performance management systems, job descriptions for job functions, Job descriptions for training programs and performance plans for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
-Develop training programs to help employees gain new skills or revise old ones.
- Develop performance management systems to help employee understand their goals and make sure they are achieving them.
- Manage training process so that employees learn new skills or revise old ones.
- Analise data on employee performance to improve overall employee happiness and productivity.
- Manage HRIS to ensure all employees records are up to date and complete.
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish: Interview, hire, onboarding, and retention strategies(sale) or initiatives ( Customer Service).
- Oversee the pay-related process ; pay review, salary administration (payroll), employee compensation (balances), employee relations (performance management), employee benefits (insurance), leave management (leave administration), leave distribution (leave planning), leave reimbursement (reimbursement planning)
