This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working

Monday to Friday 08:30 till 17:00

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to 52,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Drive and deliver a People Plan that transforms culture and performance Lead and inspire a dedicated HR team to exceed expectations Champion employee relations, legal compliance, and HR best practices Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability and succession pipelines Support recruitment, resourcing; TUPE, and restructuring activities Own key HR processes including engagement, bonus programmes, and reporting

What you need to succeed at GXO:

CIPD Level 5 qualified with solid HR experience in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of employment law, ER, and change management Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for people and performance Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
