We're looking for a proactive, approachable, and people-focused HR Manager who is excited about making a real impact in a fast-paced, growing business. This is a unique opportunity to help design our HR department from the ground up, help drive and shape our culture, and support our team as we move into our next stage of growth.

The successful candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources systems.

Responsibilities



Building & Leading HR

Designing and establishing our HR department, processes, and HR systems.

Creating an HR strategy aligned with our company's ambitions.

Improving internal communication and bringing consistency across the business.

People & Culture



Helping build and support a warm, positive, and collaborative culture.

Leading wellbeing, engagement, and team experience initiatives.

Coaching managers to become confident, supportive leaders.

Talent & Performance



Overseeing recruitment and onboarding so every new employee feels welcome from day one.

Leading our performance review cycle and supporting professional development.

Identifying training needs and helping shape career pathways.

Employee Relations & Compliance



Providing day-to-day HR guidance to staff and managers.

Handling employee relations with fairness, clarity, and professionalism.

Maintaining compliance, HR documentation, and workplace safety processes.

Payroll & Administration



Ensuring HR data is accurate and consistently maintained.

Preparing payroll-related information each month.

Producing HR reports that support informed decision-making.

Experience



Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and organisational development. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability in data analysis related to workforce metrics and HR reporting. A natural communicator who puts people at ease. Confident in leading conversations, difficult or easy. Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Happy working autonomously and building things from scratch. Someone with a desire to help develop staff. A person who genuinely cares about creating a great place to work. Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership qualities essential for advancing our human resources functions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
