Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in HRIS and ATS systems.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyse data effectively, ensuring that our HR practices align with the overall business strategy. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Duties



Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using systems such as Taleo and Workday. Manage employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices. Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance management. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making regarding workforce planning and employee retention strategies. Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives, policies, and training sessions for staff at all levels. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HRIS. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with employment law and best practices in human resources management. Pay: 28,980.00-32,503.64 per year
