We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational objectives.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices within the HR function.
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for presenting information clearly and professionally.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in human resources management.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while fostering a positive workplace culture.
