hands-on Part-Time HR Officer
to support our recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance needs.What You'll Do
Manage recruitment from start to finish Support onboarding, training, and staff development Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance Advise on HR policies and procedures Assist with payroll and employee queries
What We're Looking For
Previous HR experience (logistics/transport industry a bonus) Knowledge of UK employment law Strong organisational and communication skills CIPD Level 3+ desirable but not essential
Role Details
Part-time:
15-20 hours per week
