A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HR OFFICER AT

OUR HOTEL



Provide first-line HR support to staff on daily HR queries Drive employee engagement activities and manage all internal communication channels Promote a positive environment Assisting with recruitment and managing Harri & Fourth onboarding ensuring smooth integration of new team members Prepare job postings and arrange interviews Assist HR manager to deliver training and induction Monitor training completion Assist HR manager in creating reports, PowerPoint presentations and HR projects Take notes during meetings Maintain employee files and support with administrative tasks Manage and keep Harri and Fourth systems up to date

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU



Proven experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confidential and supportive approach Excellent knowledge of MS systems (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and social media is required Ability to multitask , prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritize Resilient and positive attitude
