We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team and help shape the employee experience from start to finish.

What you'll do



Be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing friendly and effective advice to colleagues and managers. Support the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to payroll, training, and beyond. Get hands-on with HR systems (Tensor, iTrent, E-Learning, e-fins, Business Objects) and help us drive process improvements. Coordinate the delivery of training courses and help develop new HR templates and processes. Compile and provide management information, support meetings, and ensure our HR admin runs like clockwork. Contribute to policy and process development, making your mark on how we work. Take on a variety of tasks, from raising purchase orders to supporting payroll deadlines--no two days are the same.

What we are looking for



CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it). Experience in HR administration and providing HR advice. Confident with Microsoft Office 365 and HR databases. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Resilient, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Personal credibility, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer care.
