About the Role

We now have an opportunity for an experienced HR Systems and Data Analyst on a part time (c25 hours per week) basis to join our HR Team, with responsibility for maintaining and developing the HR and Payroll, and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality, and providing data and analytics across the organisation and externally.

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the core people data to ensure it is complete, accurate and accessible.
  • Building, maintaining and supporting reports.
  • Working with software support providers and IT to troubleshoot the HR and Payroll system and technical issues, review new release updates and test upgrades and fixes.
  • Managing day-to-day system administration and maintenance activities.
  • Overseeing system security, allocating appropriate data access, and supporting regular audit activities, to reconcile and cleanse employee data.
  • Supporting the implementation / post implementation activities of any HR, Payroll and ATS solutions.
  • Providing and interpreting accurate and timely HR management information.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement.
About You

Candidates should be qualified to degree level, or with significant equivalent experience, with CIPD qualifications desirable.

You will be an experienced HR Systems and Data Analyst, with experience of IRIS Cascade highly advantageous. Experience of an HR and payroll system implementation is also desirable.

You will have experience of managing GDPR compliance, and of control and governance associated with HR data (DPIA).

You will also demonstrate experience of using analytical tools including MS Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, extracting and manipulating data)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability, with a methodical approach to problem solving and analysis.
