The

Humanitarian Assistance Coordinator

will be dedicated to a specific humanitarian programme, which aims to assist individuals who have fled war zones or political persecution, offering them support during their stay in third-party countries while they apply for resettlement. Our responsibilities include providing transportation, logistical support, and medical services to these groups during this transitional period.

About The Role




The

Humanitarian Assistance Coordinator

will have responsibility for

Programme Governance & Engagement:


Act as a primary contact for programme queries, ensuring clear communication between clients and Healix. Manage relationships with in-country teams and contractors, promoting high standards and operational clarity.

Service Requests & Logistics:


Receive and process client requests, categorising tasks by complexity. Coordinate logistics and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Operational Oversight:


Ensure all tasks align with SOPs. Lead structured responses to emergencies, including escalation, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Programme Administration:


Oversee case reconciliation and cost validation, ensuring accurate records and fair resource compensation.

Skills & Experience:



Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, and emergency response. Client-facing experience with excellent presentation and phone manner. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Relevant qualifications in logistics, project management, or international relations. Experience in government or INGO programmes preferred. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Required Criteria



Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and client representatives. Relevant academic or professional qualification in fields such as logistics, project management, international relations or related disciplines Willing to travel dependent on business needs Proven experience in logistical planning, customer service roles, assistance, and managing complications or emergencies Ability to commute to the Esher office on a regular basis Good Geographical knowledge
