Summary

Our ever-increasing workload has meant that a position for a full-time HAVC engineer has now become available.

You will be required to work as part of the maintenance team undertaking various plumbing work such as service, installation and repair, on both commercial and domestic systems. Which include (but not limited to) tasks like weekly & monthly PPM's, installations and reactive work, subject to experience.

Good communication, numeracy, time management and IT skills are all important, as is the ability to work as part of a team while also having plenty of your own initiative. Strong problem solving, attention to detail and a desire to come up with practical solutions will also stand you in good stead.

Experience is mechanical or electrical would be advantageous.

An immediate start is possible, but we will need to apply for DBS and Police Vetting (costs covered by Selmec).
