Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Engineer to join our leading air conditioning installation and maintenance company. The successful candidate will operate within the service team as a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, responsible for carrying out maintenance and remedial works across a diverse client base within the M25 area. This role is customer-facing and involves visiting a wide range of sites including schools, banks, hospitals, government buildings, and local authorities. Key Responsibilities:

Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning equipment, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards. Remedial Works: Conduct remedial works and repairs on-site to resolve any identified issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations. Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication about the work being conducted, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mobile Service Operations: Travel to client locations within the M25 area, efficiently managing your workload and ensuring timely service delivery. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including FGas compliance, and maintain high standards of professional conduct. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including reporting on parts used and customer feedback. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency callouts as required, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize system downtime.

Essential Qualifications / Experience:



FGAS Certificate: Essential for compliance with environmental regulations regarding refrigerants. Valid Driver's Licence: Required for mobility and the ability to visit multiple client sites. Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in a service-focused role within commercial settings.

Skills:



Strong technical skills in HVAC and air conditioning maintenance and repairs. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Proficient in diagnosing faults and providing on-the-spot solutions.

Package:



Basic Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per year, depending on experience. Overtime: Paid at time and a half rate. Holidays: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Pension Scheme: Access to the company's pension plan. Company Van: Provided for travel to and from job sites. Fuel Card and Tablet: To support daily work requirements. Uniform: Provided to ensure professional appearance on-site.
