Heating & Boiler Services Ltd, head quartered in Widnes Cheshire are seeking an Experienced

HVAC

Service manager

to be part of a team in the commercial and industrial sector.

Essential Requirements:



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role with:

DBS Extensive Experience in FM and Maintenance Services Management Experience Commercial Gas Accreditations Proficient in Microsoft Office
Clean, full driving license.

Desirable Requirements:



Experience working with Client Service Software, clik or Big Change would be advantageous

Technical Specification



Knowledge and experience of service, maintaining HVAC systems and components Technical knowledge and experience of fault diagnosis on HVAC systems and components Technical knowledge and experience of domestic and commercial gas systems and appliances Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships Communicate and liaise with auditors to ensure completion and compliance Monitoring budgets to ensure financial performance throughout jobs Strong understanding of compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and Legal which include industry compliance for the company and client contracts i.e. gas Experience in estimating and submitting quotes Ability to identify and resolve any ongoing issues Experience in People Management

Responsibilities



Oversee client contracts Prepare and submit accurate quotes Organise and prepare jobs with all necessary resources, including materials and parts Cost control responsibility Work with the MD on project department growth Ensure onsite health, safety, and compliance Carry out training and toolbox talks Ensure consistent workflow and communication
