Are you looking for a new opportunity as Service Manager in HVAC at a Company that is established and growing?

If you're the HVAC Service Manager we're looking for, you'll be

confident, self-motivated, focused

and have the Commercial M&E background to support you in running a team of engineers and subcontractors, quoting repairs and communicating with clients.

You will be joining a

dynamic and supportive company

that will provide varied experiences in the construction sector. You'll be provided with the opportunity to develop your skillset and knowledge base and given the freedom to grow your department while creating an impact in the Midlands commercial property sector.

You'll be taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver a quality service whilst efficiently monitoring cost control for the business. You'll be asked to achieve great results and taught methods on how to successfully run our existing service contracts as well as building new contracts for customers.

You'll need to be

organised, precise and knowledgeable

. You'll have the experience of planning in advance to schedule services, alongside the ability to handle an unexpected call out.

Adroit commercial recently purchased React Cooling Services Limited and have been successfully growing the business over the past 15 months, this now includes increasing our team!

We are looking for a temporary Service Manager whilst our existing team member has time away from the business.

Salary and Benefits expectations:

40,000 to 50,000+ per annum (depending on level of experience)
