If so, we may have the ideal role for you. We are recruiting a HVAC Specialist to join our facilities management team, delivering services to our multi-site clients.

  • Salary: \xc2\xa346,914 or \xc2\xa350,502 (Depending on experience)
  • Additional earnings available through overtime
  • Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)

Responsibilities

You will be out and about on the road \xe2\x80\x93 as well as providing remote triage support \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards and running at optimum levels.

Tasks could include, but are not limited to, auditing our HVAC assets to identify problem sites or performance and efficiency improvement opportunities, sponsoring & completing HVAC surveys & technical reports, monitoring HVAC PPM efficiencies, technical support and contributing to reports on new client installations.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy working autonomously, providing guidance to our Engineers and developing their skillset. You will contribute massively to the success of our HVAC service goals, implementing processes and improving standards.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • A recognized Apprenticeship or Qualification in relevant Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Services/Maintenance
  • BEMS controls knowledge
  • A minimum of F-Gas Level 4 (Cat 1 preferred)
  • 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection
  • Gas Safe Certified
  • Unvented G3 qualification
  • Significant HVAC experience (ideally gained within a retail or hotels environment)
  • Understanding of commercial HVAC & BMS service technologies
  • Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage
  • A valid UK driving licence

Other Information
  • The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
