Are you a professional multi skilled fabricator with previous manufacturing experience? Join our dynamic team at HWL Windows Group, a growing business known for its commitment to excellence and innovation for windows and doors. Innovative manufacturing process requires innovative personnel, our shopfloor team are a constantly growing and evolving force. We have developed a cross functional team that can switch across our range of PVCu & aluminium products with ease. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can contribute their skills & expertise to our production process.

This obviously comes with its challenges, and will often leave us with pinch points and skill set shortages on certain machines and process roles, that's where you come in. What we need are Fenestration experienced manufacturing operatives ideally from either a PVCu or aluminium background, best option would be both, but most important, who are flexible and not too precious about the materials they are working with.

So, for this opportunity to become a valued member of a fast paced, growing business, we would be looking for you to have most of the following requirements covered:

Fenestration fabrication experience

Compressed air tool experience

Saw/welding experience

High attention to detail

Ability to read technical drawings and experience with online manuals

Assembly experience in PVCu

Assembly experience in aluminium

CNC experience

Gearing experience

Barcode progression systems experience

Two years applicable fenestration experience

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
