Hybrid Locum Litigation Solictor
Job Description
We are a firm specialising in Property rentals and an opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Property Landlord and Tenant Litigation Lawyer.
You must already be working as a consultant or a locum to apply for this job.
The successful Freelance Lawyer will take on a varied caseload of contentious matters whilst advising on property dispute matters including but not limited to: possession claims, assured shorthold tenancies, landlords consents, disrepair/dilapidation claims, enfranchisement
Additionally, the Lawyer may be required to draft up contracts and legal documentation
The Candidate You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with at least 5 years PQE. You must have solid experience of Landlord and Tenant matters. You must have comprehensive knowledge of the property marketplace.
This job is available countrywide as it requires homeworking and flexible working hours are available.
You are able to fit this work around other jobs and the work will be on a ad hoc basis
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: 75.00 per hour
