Contract:

Fixed term, Monday 15th December 2025 - Friday 27th February 2026

Working pattern and hours:

Mon - Fri, 1100am - 17:00pm (30 hours per week).

The role:

As a key member of our Hygiene team, you will be operating in a busy food manufacturing environment, ensuring the factory is cleaned to a high standard, in line with food safety & hygiene standards. You will ensure the production areas are kept clean throughout the day around our production schedule with the use of floor scrubber/ drier machinery.

As well as cleaning duties, you will ensure all waste is removed from the production areas and taken to the external waste management area, ensuring recycling is processed correctly throughout the day.

It's essential that you are a good team player with a keen eye for detail, maintaining a high focus on safety, quality, and hygiene. You must have good communication skills and be able to work in a busy environment using own initiative. The role involves outside working and manual handling so you must be comfortable working in all weathers. (PPE Provided).

Additional responsibilities

Ensure cleaning schedule records are completed correctly and timely. Stock replenishment Adhere to COSHH Regulations on consumables and the use of protective clothing and equipment wherever applicable. Ensure duties are conducted in accordance with food safety, hygiene and EHS procedures. Ensuring all machinery and equipment is left in a clean condition, stored correctly and report any faults.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Anticipated Interview dates: Monday 8th December - Thursday 11th December.

Pay frequency:

19th of every month.
