The job

This is an excellent chance to help keep our food safe by working with our hygiene team to clean the factory.

They are a great bunch to work with and you get to work in all parts of the factory over the course of your shift.

You will need to have an eye for detail to make sure the equipment is clean and feel proud of the standards you achieve.

Being confident in talking to others and completing any paperwork accurately will help to ensure you can do the job well.

Our customers expect high standards from us as a leading supplier of high welfare chickens and turkeys so bear that in mind when applying.

Support

You will get all the training you need to do the job safely and effectively starting with an induction and then moving on to how to clean and use chemicals safely. While you don't need any official qualifications or licenses to be a Hygiene Operative for Capestone we want you to succeed and we will support you on your career journey.
