Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

We're looking for a

Hygiene Operative

to join our night shift team at JDM Food Group. You'll play a key role in keeping our factory clean, safe, and ready for production. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

This is a site-based role at our Bicker facility, reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, and working full-time on a 3's and 2's night shift pattern (17:00-05:00).

Key Responsibilities

Clean all areas of the site to high standards. Follow hygiene schedules and safety procedures. Use cleaning equipment and materials correctly and safely. Keep PPE and cleaning products stored properly. Report any issues or faults to your Supervisor. Complete all cleaning paperwork clearly and on time. Help maintain food safety and quality at all times.

About You

Reliable and hard-working, with good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and work safely. Positive and helpful attitude with good teamwork skills. Flexible and willing to learn. Able to travel to and from work independently.
