About the Role

As a

Hygiene Operative

, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production environment remains clean, safe, and fully compliant with food hygiene standards. Working as part of the Night Hygiene Team, you will be responsible for deep cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment to maintain the company's commitment to excellence in food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out thorough cleaning of production lines, equipment, and factory areas in accordance with hygiene schedules. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. Ensure all hygiene documentation and records are accurately completed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all working areas. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met. Follow company procedures for health, safety, and food hygiene at all times.

About You

Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, or food manufacturing role (preferred but not essential). Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Comfortable working night shifts in a chilled food production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules. Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player. Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
