Due to continued growth, we now have an opportunity for a Hygiene Operator. We are looking for someone who has:

Ideally 1-2 Years experience in a food manufacturing role. Experience of working in Industrial Hygiene in food manufacturing. Experience at a Cereal processing plant, Mill or Grain store would be advantageous. Someone willing to be flexible to the needs of the business, and support the wider business if required with production and warehousing activities as required. Someone who enjoys a physical, hands-on role and is able to lift 25kg bags and perform during periods of high physical activity. A good self-starter who can work independently, and follow a hygiene schedule with limited support or direction.

The Opportunities

Each day is different and for both roles you will need to flexible, and willing to help your fellow team members, and helping us identify opportunities to continually improve the way we do things.

With a number of lines operating, the Hygiene Operator role involves ensuring the site is always maintained to a high standard, kept 'audit-ready' and supporting Production Operators on process changeover and clean-down to ensure that lines are ready to start on a new product as swiftly as possible.

Benefits

In addition to a basic rate from 12.50 per hour dependent on experience, there is the opportunity for overtime where previously agreed.
