15.18 per hour rising to 16.44 (includes shift allowance) with training + great benefits

Job Type:

Permanent (following a 3-month probationary period)

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday - Day shift: 6.30am - 2.30pm, Back Shift: 2.30pm-10.30pm. Weekly rotation.

What you'll be doing:


As a Hygiene Operator, you'll be part of the team that keeps our factory spotless and production-ready, working around

state-of-the-art machinery

to help us maintain the highest food safety standards.
Your role is key to ensuring every product that leaves our site meets the quality our customers expect

In this role, you'll:

Take pride in cleaning

production areas, machinery, and utensils to exacting hygiene standards.

Work safely with specialist equipment and cleaning chemicals

, following procedures to the letter.

Get our production lines ready for action

, making sure all equipment is spotless and set for start-up.

Keep accurate hygiene records

and flag any maintenance or safety concerns straight away.

Collaborate with your team

to stay on top of cleaning schedules and meet audit standards.

Champion food safety and workplace safety

, always following our Health & Safety and Food Safety rules.
Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we'll give you all the training you need during your probation to set you up for success.
