Hours:

Monday - Friday 6am -2pm

Pay rate :

27,476.80 per year

The Role

Inspiring your team- coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger

Championing standards- ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations

Creating calm and confidence- maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work

Taking ownership- managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently

Improving the system- finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low

Supporting cross-team success- working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action

Documenting with care- keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail
