Here we are looking for
Role: Werum MES Consultant
Location:Ballydineen,County Clare, Ireland
Type:Permanent 

The successful candidate for this role needs to have hands on Experience in WERUM MES (PAS-X) application with extensive support skill. Ability to troubleshoot end to end application in PAS-X. Good understanding in communication of PAS-X and SAP/other interfacing automation components. Application knowledge in Jboss server functionality and PAS-X Print functionalities. Should also possess some non-Technical skills such as technical resolution of Incident/Request/Problem and change controls following ITIL principles. Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and business users. Knowledge in GxP terms as per 21 CFR PART 11, Compliance issues and Documentation. Nice to have a Pharmaceutical domain expertise.

Job Roles/Responsibilities:
Resolution of  MES Werum PAS|X ISM tickets including Incidents and Service requests. Execution of change requests for support and any enhancements as required. Update MES documents such as DS, SOP, IQ Protocols as needed for tickets resolutions or any enhancements as required. Coordinate and support with respective groups/departments and vendors Werum for system administration or any patching maintenance or hypercare activities after patch or system upgrades. Attend periodic review meetings, cutover migration, hypercare support, any enhancements planning, design and/or implementation meetings as required. Configuration for the impacted components and interfaces including JBOSS, WXI, Scales, and Printers

cGMP and GDP standards and GAMP Standards
Preferred Skills:
MBR Designing, MES to SAP, MES to Automation interface knowledge
