Issue root-cause analysis and bug-fixing Automation/optimizations on operations Capacity and performance management: investigate on root cause and mitigations for “events” like performance peaks, errors/crashed detected, … Receive escalated requests & incidents from call center Active monitoring, focus on reliability, optimizations & automation.
