Primary skillset-
Al menos 2 años de experiencia administrando las siguientes tecnologías de almacenamiento:
1) Hitachi Command Suite y TrueCopy/GAD/RaidCom (Cabinas VSP G1000/G800)
2) Netapp Ontap 9.x (Cabinas FAS9000/AFF7xx)
3) HP 3PAR Inform Management 4.7 & CLI (Cabinas Pseries)
4) Switches Brocade FOS 8.x.x (gestion y resolucion incidencias/LSAN)
Secondary Skillset-
Conocimientos ténicos de herramientas:
1) Remedy ITSM
2) Netapp
3)OCUM
4) Brocade Network Advisor
Key Responsibility-
Capacidad de trabajo en grupo
Liderazgo en multiconferencias telefonicas de trato de incidencias
Capacidad de aprendizaje y proactividad
Shift details- 24x7
1 week he/she will work from 7 am to 15pm, next week from 15h to 23h, and next week from 23h to 7 am. last week he/she will rest
