I2 Group Community Champion

Job Description

The i2 Group Community Champion will serve as a dynamic connector between i2 Group and the global intelligence analysis community.
This role blends direct user engagement with thought leadership, training delivery, and strategic evangelism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about intelligence tradecraft, skilled in soft skills instruction, and enthusiastic about promoting i2's solutions to both domestic and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Engagement & Advocacy

  • Act as the primary liaison between i2 Group and its user community, fostering trust, collaboration, and feedback loops.
  • Represent i2 Group at industry events, conferences, and user forums--both in the UK and abroad.
  • Build and nurture relationships with intelligence analysts, investigators, and decision-makers across sectors.
2. Training & Enablement
  • Design and deliver soft skills courses focused on critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and intelligence tradecraft.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences, from new analysts to seasoned professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with product capabilities and strategic goals.
3. Product Evangelism
  • Champion i2's portfolio of solutions, articulating their value in solving real-world intelligence challenges.
  • Create and share compelling narratives, case studies, and demonstrations that showcase i2's impact.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support go-to-market strategies.
4. Strategic Influence
  • Provide insights from the field to inform product development, roadmap prioritization, and customer success initiatives.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the intelligence community and advise on strategic positioning.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance i2's reputation and relevance in the intelligence domain.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, or national security.
  • Strong background in teaching or training, particularly in soft skills and analytical methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and represent i2 Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with i2's tools (e.g., Analyst's Notebook) is a plus.
