The Partnership We're Seeking

This isn't just a job; it's a partnership. We are looking for a qualified

IAA Level 1 Adviser

to be our expert in residence. Your role is vital: you will be the final checkpoint, ensuring every file we prepare is compliant, accurate, and ready for success.

We are completely open to how we structure this. We want to talk to advisers who:

Run their

own IAA-regulated firm

and are open to a freelance/consultancy contract. Are seeking a

flexible part-time role

to fit around other commitments. Are interested in exploring a

full-time position

as a foundational member of our team.

Your Professional Responsibilities

Conduct Expert Case Reviews:

You will apply your professional expertise to meticulously assess all client applications, ensuring every detail is accurate, logical, and complete.

Uphold Regulatory Standards:

You will be the authority on compliance, making sure every application strictly adheres to the latest IAA regulations and UK Immigration Rules.

Strengthen Application Strategy:

Using your experience, you will identify opportunities to strengthen each case, ensuring every file is presented in the strongest possible way to achieve success.

The Ideal Candidate

Must be currently registered with the IAA (Immigration Advice Authority) as a Level 1 Adviser.

This is a non-negotiable requirement. Has proven experience with a range of standard UK immigration applications. Possesses an exceptional eye for detail and a deep commitment to compliance. Is tech-savvy and excited by the prospect of working with new systems. Is a proactive, collaborative professional ready to make an impact.
