Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum qualification at OISC level 1 or equivalent PQE
Minimum of one years' client-facing immigration work experience and independent case management from either a reputable registered OISC or equivalent regulated law firm
Experience in Sponsorship licence applications, Point Based System/Skilled Worker, Family and Nationality with proven success rate in previous cases
Key duties and skills:
Independent management of your own caseload from start to finish
Have an ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
Have the ability to take a logical and systematic approach to issues, thinking outside of the box and weighing up all options available to make an informed decision
Effectively work with minimal supervision
Good understanding of Immigration law with a proactive approach to undertaking necessary research
Possess excellent attention to detail
Be an excellent communicator - written and verbal
Have strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to prioritise task list
Job summary:
Full time role: Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
20 days plus bank holidays annual leave increasing to 25 days plus bank holiday following 2 years service

Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Conduct interviews and gather information to assess client needs and eligibility for services
- Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor individualized goals and objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate referrals to community resources and support services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and advocacy as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Case Worker or related field is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
