What you'll be doing



Performing provision and de-provision for Identity and Access Management across the Bank

Work with the wider team to complete User Access Audits

Provide documentation and evidence for Audit purposes

Support development and implementation of solutions to continually mature to IAM function

Be a routine contact point for customers to handle/resolve request and/or queries.

About You



What you'll bring to the team



Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent proficiency in written and oral communication

A flexible approach is required, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines when necessary

The ability of working under pressure, taking the initiative, and prioritising workload

Customer centric approach prioritising customer satisfaction and service quality
