Job Description

We are recruiting for a IBA Technician to join our Finance Team. This is a key role in the management of premium reconciliation, monthly insurer statements, and the production of management information for stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts Handle daily financial transactions including broker commission processing, collection files, and customer refunds. Engage in database management, modelling, and contribute to internal project meetings. Produce various internal and external reports and handle related queries.

What We Need From You:

Previous experience as IBA Technician, preferably from insurance industry Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong database management skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of financial transactions and high-volume reconciliations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
