What is the job?
This is a crucial role within a Boutique like 56 bedroom Hotel. As a part of hotel team of 15 staff you will learn the working and managing of all departments in the hotel. As Night Supervisor, you will be overseeing the running of the hotel from sunset to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained. As a Night Supervisor particular emphasis is placed upon maintaining the security of the hotel and you may at times assist other departments to ensure an excellent service is provided to our guests.

About The Role
Your day to day
Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador
Wear your uniform with pride
Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
Acknowledge All Members and returning guests, in person or on the phone
Do late check ins and early check outs
Serve drinks from Hotel Bar to our Hotel residence
Cook and serve limited night food menu to our guest
Set up continental breakfast in morning and cook hot breakfast for early departures
Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you'll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed
Handle cash and card transactions
Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns
Own kitchen - keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste
Be cleaner than clean - meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
Give guests a better experience by helping with any queries or advice
Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
Handle any complaints in night as per hotels problem resolution training.
