OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Proven experience in a hospitality sales role, ideally with a major UK hotel brand.. A natural talent for building rapport and an excellent telephone manner. Confidence in explaining and promoting ICC Wales' full range of event options. Previous experience in a similar sales role is essential.

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Develop and grow key relationships with agents, corporate clients, and associations. Identify and secure new business while maximizing repeat bookings. Actively promote all ICC Wales facilities and services with confidence. Lead and support the bidding and tender process with expertise. Convert leads into contracts, ensuring ICC Wales is the first choice for every opportunity. Smash targets--both personal and venue-wide--to help us hit and exceed our goals!
