LaplandUK is a world-class immersive experience, crafted by Hollywood set designers and West End creatives. Now entering its 18th season, it transports over 170,000 guests each year into a magical festive world of wonder and joy.

Set in a purpose-built winter wonderland, guests journey through five interactive and theatrical worlds, meeting characters, skating on the frozen pond, and becoming part of the story themselves.

The Role

As a

Ice Rink Supervisor

, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of LaplandUK's iconic outdoor ice rink. You'll manage a team of Marshalls to keep things running smoothly and safely, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role requires a balance of leadership, operations and high energy guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Run a safe, well-organised rink operation in line with policies and procedures Brief and manage your team daily, keeping energy and morale high Support the Guest Experience Manager with scheduling and absence cover Communicate guest feedback and report incidents or hazards promptly Uphold LaplandUK's accessibility and inclusion policies across your team Liaise with other departments and keep things flowing during peak times Respond calmly to any issues, including health and safety concerns Take part in training and complete any required e-learning Assist with VIP or PR guests where needed

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role in a guest-facing environment Strong understanding of health and safety in operational settings Able to motivate a team and communicate clearly under pressure Comfortable with basic tech systems (rostering, comms tools etc.) Confident, approachable, and solutions-focused Calm and organised in fast-paced situations Experience in visitor attractions or events desirable but not essential

Shifts

AM and PM shifts available (one supervisor per shift). Final rota will be based on availability - strong availability from mid-October to Christmas Eve is required.
