As an IChemE Safety Centre Intern at the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), you will manage the technical administration demands generated for current, and projected for future, IChemE Safety Centre Partners and Members.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage all of IChemE Safety Centre's Social Media Platform inputs and subsequent engagements
Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across IChemE Safety Centre's social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), virtual conferences etc to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Manage IChemE Safety Centre's CRM data, webinars, podcasts and generic e-mail account.
Monitor engagement metrics, partner surveys, and respond to queries, comments, and messages to adopt a responsive and professional online presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with IChemE Safety Centre initiatives and campaigns.
Manage IChemE Safety Centre Training materials, co-ordinate internal and external delivery modes
Maintain and update IChemE Safety Centre training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Coordinate the delivery of training sessions through both internal facilitators and external providers, using in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Co-ordinate IChemE Safety Centre team presence at IChemE, ISPG and other internal and external events
Plan and coordinate IChemE Safety Centre's participation in industry events and other relevant forums.
Manage arrangements and promotional materials.
Support onsite presence, including stand setup, to enhance IChemE Safety Centre's visibility and stakeholder interaction.
Manage IChemE Safety Centre's Advisory Board, Industry and Partner meetings

Organise and facilitate IChemE Safety Centre's advisory Board, industry, and partner meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, distribution of materials, and capturing of meeting outcomes.
Co-ordinate IChemE Safety Centre input into IChemE Publications - external and internal.
Liaise with internal teams and IChemE publication leads to ensure timely and relevant IChemE Safety Centre contributions to internal communications, newsletters, external journals, and promotional materials. Review and edit submissions to ensure accuracy.
Maintain IChemE Safety Centre CRM data input.
Manage the accurate and timely input of stakeholder data into the IChemE Safety Centre CRM system.
Ensure records are up to date and GDPR-compliant.
Generate reports as and when required.

This is a 12-month role based on 37.5 hours per week working full time Monday through to Friday. The position is based in the Rugby UK office (CV21 3HQ), but a physical presence in London at least 1 day per month is also required.
Free onsite parking is provided.

The salary will be in the region of 24,500 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits. which includes an excellent pension scheme.
