What's the role all about?
As an ICT Administrator (Support), you'll be part of a dynamic team, being responsible for helping colleagues and partners to stay connected and productive. From handling service requests and managing hardware orders, your work will help ensure our equipment is accounted for, efficient, secure, and fit for the future.
What will your day look like?
The administrator role works closely with the senior ICT administrator and ICT support, and daily with suppliers and end users. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adequate and sufficient equipment through day-to-day activities, including;
Keeping things neat, organised, and accounted for through robust asset management and accurate documentation
Processing and following up ICT orders in line with procedures
Coordinating payment administration and invoice processing activities, following financial processes
Keeping up to date with clear, accurate records
Working closely with internal users and external suppliers to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone is up to date on the latest position

This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role will require a blend of mainly office-based working, with occasional home working in line with needs of the service).
