About the job

We are looking for an experienced ICT Engineer who has good ICT Deskside Client and Network infrastructure skills, strong customer service and communication skills and good problem-solving skills, to join our organisation.

Key Accountabilities

Attend schools onsite each day and provide cover where required onsite and remotely via the ICT Service Desk. Experienced in user and issue resolution of all O365 applications and Google Workspace. Be able to participate in IT Projects in all aspects of school networking and security. Ability to assess situations quickly and implement a recovery process with either temporary fixes or a more permanent solution to anything from a server or switch failures to floods and internet failure.

About you

If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:
You will have a proven ability to work with others to deliver and manage a wide range of programmes & projects to meet our customer and third-party objectives. You will be an experienced, hands-on, engineer who has a good working knowledge covering small organisations or school networks. Confident with an ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing particularly with internal business users and external vendors. Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS and a Right to Work in the UK.
