Job duties include: This role involves providing technical support, telecoms assistance, and administrative services within an ICT team. Key duties include: Desktop & Telecoms Support: Assisting staff with ICT systems and telecommunications services. Mobile Device Management: Overseeing contracts, maintaining records, and ensuring security of mobile devices. Administrative Tasks: Managing helpdesk operations, scheduling, filing, meeting arrangements, and document preparation. Data & Contract Oversight: Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with mobile communications contracts. Collaboration & Service Improvement : Working with ICT staff and users to enhance service delivery and promote digital innovation. Essential Criteria : HND or recognised equivalent qualification and must have worked for at least 1 year in an ICT service orientated environment / organisation OR Five GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Math's and English Language or equivalent educational qualifications plus a minimum of two years' experience working in an ICT service orientated environment / organisation Must possess excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a pressurised work environment.
