We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in the Information Communications Technology Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, you will ensure the efficient operation of designated computer, radio communication, smart phone and telephony systems across the South Wales Police force area. You will be conversant with PC hardware, Windows 11, peripherals and software. You will support a large user, customer, client, and supplier base that provides technical operations at all levels of a Large-Scale Enterprise Infrastructure and Platforms. Responsible for delivering an IT Service through standardised methodology and frameworks, ICT is critical to facilitating business continuity for 24/7 emergency services.
This role will commence in September 2026 and will continue for a fixed term of 12 months.
