Oxford City Council is offering an exciting opportunity to further drive and scale our existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy leveraging UiPath. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will be an integral part of achieving our vision of delivering intelligent solutions in support of our services to customers and communities.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath RPA developer with experience of using the tool to analyse business requirements, map process flows, design and build RPA processes, and implement them in a live production environment. As part of the Digital team in ICT, you will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with service teams to understand and document business processes, and developing robust, scalable RPA solutions using UiPath. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service efficiency. You will support the full automation lifecycle from process discovery and design through to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in UiPath within a supportive environment, with scope to develop your skills in solution architecture, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
