In this role, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, working closely with the financial planners to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience.

Skills/Experience:

• Circa two year's financial services experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with in wealth management.
• Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Financial Advisers.
• Preparing annual review packs.
• Processing new business and withdrawals.
• Dealing with client & planner queries.
• Answering phone calls.
